8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprout Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Sprout Media Limited, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
